Returns – Refunds and Exchanges

In store we are able to accept returned items for up to 30 days after the purchase date, after which time we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as on purchase and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns, within The Box Shop including: 

  • Toothbrushes
  • Perishable goods – chocolate, sweets, other confectionery
  • Earrings

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase at the till point in the Box Shop. We offer printed and email receipt options in store.  Unfortunately, without proof of purchase we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If staff are unable to exchange for the same item due to stock levels, customers will be given the opportunity to choose an alternative product or request a refund.

‘Fresh from the box’

During these uncertain times, customers will be able to request a fresh item if available from the stockroom rather than an item from the shelves. This will not be possible for all stock items, but if able to do this staff will be happy to assist customers.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return any product to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

For a full refund your items must be returned to us at the address below, unused and in the original packaging.
